Passports & Visa
PassportPassengers are responsible for all visas, entry, health and other requirements and documents required by law, regulations, orders and/or requirements of countries visiting. All passengers traveling abroad require a passport, valid for 6 months beyond the conclusion of their trip, and with appropriate visas. Multiple-entry visas are required for some countries. It is responsibility of each passenger to have a valid passport and necessary visas, as well as to comply with entry, health or other requirements of the countries visiting. The operator and/or its agents are not responsible for passport, visas requirements, entry, health or other requirement of the countries visited of for any loss sustained by passengers for failing to comply with laws, regulations, order and/or requirements of countries visited.
Reservation & Payment

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to Premier World Travel and the following scale of cancellation fees will applied.
Over 45 days prior departure, US$100 per person
From 31-44 days prior to departure, US$300 per person
From 21-30 days prior to departure, 50% of total price.
From 8-20 days prior to departure, 75% of total price.
Within 7 days prior to departure or withdrawal from a tour, will be regarded as forfeiting the tour, no tour fee will be refunded.
Changes by you
If you request any changes to your travel arrangements once we have confirmed a booking, all out of pocket charges, including charges imposed by our suppliers, will be payable by you, plus an amendment fee of $50.00 per revision per booking. If after the commencement of your tour you request any changes to your travel arrangements. We will do our best to implement them, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. In the event of such change(s) being made. You will be liable for any cancellation charges that may be levied for the previously booked service and for any costs incurred by us and our suppliers in attempting to secure any revised arrangements. Any name changes must be provided to Get Travel in writing and are subject to any airline fee or penalties.
insuranceWe strongly recommend you to purchase an “All inclusive Insurance Protection Plan” with an insurance company. Premium varies depending on tour period and age level. For detailed information regarding travel insurance, please contact your agent.
Tour rates in this Deposit Receipt & tour quotation are in US dollars unless otherwise stated which is based on cost airfares, hotel rates, transportation charges, adminssion fees, and exchange rates at the time of press and are subject to change without notice. Should any of these costs change, Premier World Travel reserves the right to adjust the tour prices before departure. This does not apply to passengers with full payment at the time of adjustment. You have the right to cancel if the tour price increases more than 10%, but our liability will be limited to the refund of the paid amount.

Air ticket to and from destination for land plus air packages only
Hotel accommodation with private bath room as outlined in the ititnerary or comparable.
All hotels and transfers, air-conditioned luxury coach and other specified types of transportation as outlined in the itinerary.
Sightseeing as outlined in the itinerary.
Meals provides are indicated as (B) for Breakfast, (L) for Lunch and (D) for Dinner.
A local English speaking guide at each city, and/or an English speaking tour escort.
Excluded in rates :
Comprehensive group insurance
Taxes and other fees such as departure taxes, port taxes, visa fees, and passport fees.
Excess baggage charges.
Meals and admission fees other than specified in itinerary.
Items or personal nature
BaggageBaggage allowance in Asia and China are restricted to 20 kg.(44lbs), and one carry on baggage with dimensions not exceeding 22” x 14” x 9” per person. On transpacific flights, economy class baggage allowance of up to suitcases with each dimensions not exceeding 29” x 20” x 10” . However, portage for only one piece of baggage is included.
Gratuity is recommended and customary. The following is a guideline to what is considered appropriate for tipping, gratuities and portage: Portage and bellboys US$2 per luggage, Local guide US$3 per person per day, Coach/Bus driver US$7 per person per day. National guide/escort US$3 per person per day.
HealthNormally, vaccinations are no longer required unless you travel from or via an infected area. In China, medical attention for emergency situations is available although not as easily accessible as it is at home. Minor medication or prescription drugs should also be carried with you.
Premier World Travel constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made or unforeseen circumstances occurs beyond our control, Premier World Travel reserves the right to make changes, such as to amend itineraries, substitute hotels, and cancel or re-schedule tour departures as deemed appropriate. Furthermore, tour prices will be adjusted according to the extension or abridgement of travel period. Passengers cannot use this as an excuse for an objection.
All baggage and personal belongings are, at all times, at the passenger’s own risk. The carriers, hotel and other suppliers who provide services for the tour are independent contractors; as such, their security policies will be respected. Premier World Travel will not be liable for any damages or injuries claimed.
Premier World Travel shall be responsible to the passenger for supplying the service and accommodations described in this brochure, except where such services cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the control of Premier World Travel . In such instances, Premier World Travel will do its best to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there should be no refund in this connection.
Passengers are responsible to observe the laws, regulations, orders and/or requirements of countries visited. Premier World Travel assumes no responsibility for any passenger rejected to enter the countries visited. In such circumstances, there shall be no refund for the unused portion of tour.
Premier World Travel r is pleased to accept requests for individual arrivals or departures for independent travels, however, Premier World Travel will not be responsible for any loss sustained by passengers for any missed portions of the tour or hotel accommodation caused by traffic or any type of delays.
Premier World Travel reserves the right to refuse to carry anyone whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the tour group. Accordingly, we are not responsible for any passenger’s conduct after the completion of the tours. Should any passenger is asked to leave the tour, the balance of the tour fee will not be refunded.
Premier World Travel reserves the right to make any appropriate changes to any schedule as required. Final schedules, which remain subject to last minute changes, will be made available upon your arrival.
